Just in the nick of time for my third devlog! We've made some major updates this month and I'm excited to share them you all!

Strike a pose, Miso!

Some people were curious as to why Miso doesn't have a front pose like the other characters. While the lookback pose is pretty cool, but we can't see much of her front, especially considering that one of her more defining features is her chest area. So I went ahead a created a secondary pose for her so we can see her more voluptuous features. It's also good to not have her constantly turn her head like her original pose. It's seriously bad for your neck...

Meme Lord, Ginta Kawasaki, is here!

I've recently released the new design of Ayame's brother Ginta Kawasaki. His revamp was way overdue and I was glad to finally finish this.

Main Character Casting Call

This took up the bulk of my development time this month. For the past two weeks, I hosted our first casting call for the main characters (Miamo, Perrine, Miso, and Chip) on Twitter. Ayame's VA was already cast prior. We received almost 350 submissions! To all the VAs who auditioned, thank you so so much for participating and showing the project some love! Our following on Twitter doubled just from this casting call alone! I'm feeling more confident about this! I'm excited to announce the selected cast members later this week! Those who get the offer will be notified via email. And stay tuned for future casting calls for characters like Ginta, Akio, and Nao Kawasaki!

What's Next?

• Finish Akio Kawasaki's sprite. Then release some profile sheets of Ayame's family, including Nao.
• I will be going back into my code to clean the game a  bit more with the updated sprites and scripts.
• Start working with voice actors and voice actresses for the very first time! 😄
